Services will be held 11:00a.m. Thursday at Bethel Church of COGIC for Ms. Annie Mae Belle formerly of Canton, who transcended to her heavenly home August 24, 2016 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. 

Annie was born April 27, 1948 in Hemingway, SC, a daughter of Theodore Sr. and Bessie Woodberry Bell.  She was a 1966 graduate of South High School and had attended ITT College  and had been employed by LTV Steel as a Water Treatment Specialist retiring in 2002.  She was a former member of Pentecostal Temple COGIC in Canton where she served as Armor Bearer for Pastor Olee Knuckles and helped with Vacation Bible School, served on the Praise and Worship Ministry, Culinary Ministry. She would serve in any capacity as needed.  Currently she was a member of Bethel Church COGIC.                                                                                                                                  

She leaves to cherish her memory and rejoice in her peace her children, Tasha Bell of Lorain, Johnathan Bell of Canton and Jermaine Bell of Youngstown; her siblings Mae Bell Foster, Lula Davis, Gloria Bell, Robert and Frank Bell Hazel (Larry) Smith all of Youngstown, Theodore Jr. (Wynnette) Bell of Las Vegas, Rose Mary Bell of Boardman, David Bell and Davida (Ronzey) Jones of Canton; six grandchildren; an aunt Luella Harmon of Youngstown and a host of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.                            

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother Elmer Bell; a sister Gwendolyn McKee; an Uncle Jabo Woodberry, two brother-in-laws James McKee and Johnny Foster; a sister-in-law Linda Bell and a nephew Anthony Bell. 

Friends may call one hour prior to the services 10-11:00am at the church. 

Arrangements were entrusted to L.E. Black, Phillips and Holden Funeral Home.
