Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2016 at L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral for Ms. Angelique James, 44, of Youngstown, who passed away Thursday, June 2, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Health Center- Boardman.

Ms. James was born June 16, 1971 in Youngstown, a daughter, of William R. and Elizabeth Crockett James.  She was a 1989 graduate of East High School.  Angelique had been employed with Youngstown City Schools; and as a Nurse’s Assistant at Omni Manor Nursing Home.  She studied with Jehovah’s Witnesses, and enjoyed traveling, music, movies, cooking, and dancing.  She loved being with family and enjoyed life to the utmost.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her father and stepmother, William and Rachel James of Youngstown; mother and stepfather, Elizabeth and Willis Winford of Mineral Ridge; three sons, William J. James, (Asia Ivy) and Kyronn J. Copeland both of Youngstown, and Silas V. Copeland, Jr. of Boston, Massachusetts; six brothers, William Quentin James and William Christopher (Kim) James both of Hudson, Florida, Willis Lerone Winford of Austintown, Derrick Miller and Michael Miller both of Youngstown; two sisters, Cathy (Shaun) Kemp of California and Shiloah James of Youngstown; her grandmother, Queenie Crockett of Austintown; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Friends may call Friday from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
