Thomas Mason Obituary

Mr. Thomas Earl Mason, 64, of Youngstown, transitioned to eternal rest on Thursday, December 17, 2020.

Mr. Mason was born April 5, 1956 in Youngstown, a son of Thomas J. and Gloria J. Pack Mason. He worked at the former Northside Hospital until he retired. He was a member of the Victory Christian Center; and enjoyed yard work. He was also an avid Kansas City Chiefs football fan.

He leaves to cherish his beloved memory, his mother of Youngstown; his wife, Shiryl, whom he married July 14, 1993; three children, Gloria (Sigarrie) Nettles of Florida, Shahara Mason and Jalen Mason both of Youngstown; three grandchildren, Armonie, Ciannah and Adria; two sisters, Toma Barcley and Linda (Johnny) Branch both of Youngstown; a brother, Thomas E. (Juanita) Mason of Jackson, Mississippi; two stepchildren, Lamont Askew of Austintown and Latoya (Willie) Askew Gibbs of Youngstown; five step grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father; and a brother, Robert Lee.
