Tanay'jah Mo'Nay Clay

Tanay'jah  Mo'Nay Clay, 23, of Columbus, Ohio, departed this life on Septe1nbcr 12, 2025. She vvas born April 22, 2002, in Youngstown, Ohio, to Tamica Pankey and Solomon Clay IV.

Tanay'jah time here was brief, but  left a  mark that  will remain well into the next  lifetime. She \\'ill be remembered for her vibranL spirit, her love of dancing and singing, and the joy she found in writing. She cherished time with her family, especially her siblings, and she gave hugs that could heal your soul, above all, her greatest pride and deepesL love was being a mother to her son, Tay'lon Clay, who was the center of her world.

She leaves to celebrate her life and legacy,: her loving son, Tay'lon Clay; her parents, Tamica Pankey and Solomon Clay IV; her siblings,. Tiera Gulliick or Youngstown, Justin Fitzgerald of Hubbard, Ja'mica Suber or Farrell, Nadia Brooks, ElliotL Julious, Kevin Bell,. Jodi Bell, and Robert Bell III all of Youngatown, Tre'Von Clay of Columbus, Sanayah Clay of Youngstown, Jamiyah Brooks of Youngstown, Solomon Clay V of Akron, Sariyah Clay of Texas, London Clay-Smith of Youngstown, and  Mozell Clay of Boardman; and a host of aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends who loved her dearly.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Solomon Clay III, Tanola K. Cravvford, Walter K. Pankey Sr., and Catherine Carney.

A celebration of her life will be held on Thursday, October 2,2025 calling hours 1-2 p.m.  Service starting at 2 p.m. held at L.E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home.

Tanay'jah will be rernembered for her warmth, her laughter, and her unwavering  love for her son. She will be deeply   missecl and forever cherished.
