Shawn Belinda McGee

            Ms. Shawn Belinda McGee, 54, of Campbell transitioned to eternal rest on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at her home.

            Ms. McGee was born January 23, 1971 in Youngstown, a daughter of Burton M. Jr. and Cynthia Brown McGee.  She was a graduate of East High School and attended Youngstown State University.  She had been employed for ten years with Packard Electric and two years with Dutchess Cleaners.  Shawn attended New Bethel Baptist Church; enjoyed fishing, and being with her loving family.

            Shawn will truly be missed by her mother; twin sister, Dawn (Milton) Taltoan of Campbell, and sisters, Michelle McGee of Toledo and Lisa (Herman) Walker of Struthers; and a host of family and friends.

            She was preceded in death by her father; stepfather, Eddie Boston; brothers, Burton III, (twins) Keith and Kevin; grandparents, Burton Sr and Jessie McGee and Wilford B. and Edna Brown; great grandmother, Ora Stone; niece, Special Strickland; and nephew, Brandon Adams.

            Visitation will be Friday, November 28, 2025 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home. A Celebration of life will follow at 2:00 p.m.
