Shantel Shavonne Jackson

Ms. Shantel Shavonne Jackson, 32, of Youngstown, transitioned to eternal rest on Friday, February 4, 2022.

            Ms. Jackson was born June 20, 1989 in Sharon, PA, a daughter of Derrick L. and Tracina Williams Jackson.  She was a 2007 graduate of Chaney High School.  A loving homemaker, Shantel was a former member of Alpha & Omega First Baptist Church.  She enjoyed doing hair and make-up.

            She leaves to forever cherish her memory, her father and stepmother, Deacon Derrick and Rev. Renee Jackson of Pickerington; her mother, Tracina Williams of Farrell, PA; four children, Shalece, Damian, De’Quise and Rayne; her siblings, Shaniqua Donlow, Teniqua (Jamal) Laws, Arthrece Williams, Derrick Jackson, Jr., Jhordan Jackson, Kimberley Johnson, Marcus Williams, Ramone Williams and Dwayne Smith; and a host of other family and friends.

            Visitation will be Monday, February 28, 2022 from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 3:00 p.m. at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home.
