Mr. Robert J. Moore 78, transitioned from this life of labor to eternal rest on November 28, 2024 in Youngstown, Ohio.

Mr. Moore was born July 26, 1946 in Selma, Alabama, a son of James and Emma Lou Moore.

Among many accomplishments, he was a High School Graduate of

Selma High School in Selma, Alabama and a member of Pilgrim Baptist church of Struthers, Ohio.

Robert worked Republic Steel in Youngstown and Warren, OH as a Rigger for 36 years.

Robert enjoyed watching old westerns, rooting for his favorite NFL football team, “The Steelers”, the Alabama Crimson tide college football team, and spending time with his family.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory his wife, the former Faith Freeman, a god son Charles Moore, Jr. of Columbus, OH, a brother Charles (Sherry) Moore of Campbell, OH; a sister-in-law Ada Moore of Birmingham, AL;  a special cousin Trudy Savage of Selma, AL; and (2) special nieces Crystal Moore and Alexandria Moore of Campbell, OH.  

Besides his parents, Mr. Moore was preceded in death by (3) brothers; James, Herman and Arthur Moore, and a sister, Dorothy Moore.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December, 10, 2024 from 10:00-11:00 am at the Pilgrim Baptist Church, 67 McClure St., Struthers, OH. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 am.
