Mr. Mark Anthony Campbell, 69, of Youngstown transitioned to his heavenly home on Saturday, January 6, 2024 and was greeted by the love of his life, his wife Terri.
Mark was born April 4, 1954 in Cleveland, Ohio a son of Pete and Debra Campbell. Mark was a graduate of the Cleveland School System. He had been employed with General Motors and presently with the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home. He was a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church, was a deacon in training, a trustee, attended Sunday School and Bible Study. He was always a willing soul, willing to help others in whatever way he could. He enjoyed gold, dancing, being with his family and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan.
He leaves to mourn his passing, but to always remember his loving, kind, and wonderful life, his daughter, Tonya Crayton of Cleveland; five grandchildren, Brittany Foster, Isaac Foster, ‘Tiawonda Pendeleton, Aaryona Foster and Mirakole Foster all of Cleveland; eight great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
Besides his parents, he was preceded by his wife, the former Terri Owens, who passed away February 2022; two grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
The family will greet friends on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 noon. All services will be held at the Metropolitan Baptist Church, 485 Redondo Rd., Youngstown.
