Mr. Marcus Darrin Casey

Mr. Marcus Darrin Casey, 58, of Youngstown, transitioned from this life to eternal rest on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

Mr. Casey was born November 30, 1966 in Youngstown, a son of Roy Casey Sr. and Anna Mae Sutton Casey. He was a member of Antioch Baptist church, and avid Steelers fan as well as having a great love of basketball. Among other hobbies, he also loved cutting grass, a lover of music, was involved with the Southside Zulus Little League and played a major role in the relief for Hurricane Katrina.

Marcus leaves to mourn his passing, but to celebrate his life and legacy; (4) siblings, Roy (Beth) Casey, Deborah Casey, David Casey, and Gail Casey, (9) nieces and a host of other family and friends.

Besides his parents, Marcus was preceded in death by grandparents Mr. & Mrs. Sutton, Mr. & Mrs. James B. Casey, a nephew, Jermaine Casey, and (5) uncles.

Visitation will be Friday, December 27, 2024 at the L.E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home, 1951 McGuffey Rd., Youngstown from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. with funeral services to begin at 11:00 a.m.
