Mr. Keondre Dawon Lewis, 19, of Youngstown, transitioned to eternal peace on Sunday, March 23, 2025.
Mr. Lewis was born June 25, 2005 in Youngstown, a son of Eric Lewis and Bridget Hammond. He was a 2024 graduate of East High School and was planning to attend Youngstown State University in June 2025. He had worked as a cook with Burger King and Hot Head Burritos. He played football and basketball while at East High School. He was an avid Seattle Seahawks Football fan, and loved spending time with his beloved family.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his father of Youngstown; mother of Youngstown; his siblings, Eric Lewis, Jolaha Mattison, Tawon Green, Eamni Lewis, Khalil Mason and E’Shawon Mason; a special friend, Cheri Brewer; grandparents, Beverly Branch, Neatrice Lewis, Robert “Gary” Spann, and Timothy Morris; and a host of family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, David Hammond; two aunts, Charshell Tensley and Danisha Spann; and an uncle, Robert Spann.
Visitation will be Monday, April 14, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the L. E. Black, Phillips and Holden Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow immediately at 12:00 noon.
