Julia Frances Graham Holland

            Mrs. Holland, affectionately known as “Little”, was born July 12, 1951 in Youngstown, a daughter of Edward and Ruth Zachary Graham.  She was a graduate of The Rayen School and attended Youngstown State University.  Julia had been employed as a case manager with the Mahoning County Job and Family Services, retiring after over 15 years of service.  She was a member of the former St. Augustine Episcopal Church, where she served as a lay reader, acolyte and Sunday School teacher.  She was also a member of Soul Stretch Studios.  Julia enjoyed embroidery, baking, reading, singing, and spending time with her family. She was an avid Philadelphia 76ers fan.

            She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Dale; two stepdaughters, Keyonna Jennings of Youngstown and Karlissa Jennings of Canton; siblings, John (Marietta) Graham, Walter (Elise) Graham, Sandra Williams, James (Carol) Roland, Ruth Ann Parker, and Brenda Parker all of Youngstown, Barbara Ann Blakey, Bernetha Ross, Clara (Hercules) Johnson, Mattie Lee Nettles and Juanita (Theron) Ham all of South Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

            Besides her father; mother and stepfather, Glen Parker Sr., she was preceded in death by her siblings, Rose Wellington, Sylvester Graham, Willie Lee Ross, Carrie Ross, Alberta Woodham and Glen Parker, Jr.; a special aunt, Mary F. Zachary; special niece/goddaughter, Danielle Parker; and nephew, Terrell Roland.

            Visitation will be Friday, January 16, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home, 1951 McGuffey Road, Youngstown.  A celebration of life service will follow at 12:00 noon.
