Frank Foster, Jr.

            Mr. Frank Foster Jr., 51, of Youngstown, transitioned to eternal rest on Monday, January 5, 2026 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital.

            Mr. Foster was born May 14, 1974 in Youngstown, a son of Frank Sr. and Mary Mays Foster.  He was a 1993 graduate of East High School and had worked as a supervisor at Valorex.  He was a member of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church.  He was an avid sports fan and loved football.  He also enjoyed a variety of music and was a great conversationalist.  He was an avid Las Vegas Raiders, Los Angeles Lakers and University of Michigan fan.

            He leaves to mourn his passing but to celebrate his life, significant other, Nicole Wolford; his children, Keith Foster Sr., Shauna Grissett, Reree Grissett; 12 grandchildren; his siblings, Carol (Paul) Moore and Sherri Foster; three nephews, Montrell Moore, Monterio Moore and JaRius Foster; and a host of family and friends.

            He was preceded in death parents, Frank Foster Sr. and Mary F. Foster; a sister, Hope Simone Foster; aunt, JoAnn Sims; uncles, Dock Mays and Fred Mays.

            Visitation will be Tuesday, January 13, 2026 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home, 1951 McGuffey Road, Youngstown.  A celebration of life service will follow at 11:00 p.m.
