Ms. Evelyn J. Clark 66, transitioned from her earthly home to her heavenly mansion on August 13, 2025. Evelyn was born May 5, 1959, in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Walter and Evelyn Thornton Wooten. She was a High School graduate and had been employed by Brentwood Originals. She loved being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Donna Baker with whom she made her home; her son, Ricky Bohannon both of Struthers; a sister Sharon (Don) Ivy of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; a grandson, Nate Baker of Struthers; a niece, Cindy (Devon) Byers and their sons; and a cousin, Dennis Thornton of Kansas City, Kansas.

Private services were held by the family.

Services of love and dignity were provided by L.E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home.
