Carol Reese 77 of Youngstown, Ohio entered eternal rest on Thursday, November 7, 2024.

Carol was born December 20, 1946 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Lucille Backus.

She was educated in the Youngstown School System and worked in Youngstown as well. Cooking and doing puzzles were some of her passions in life but spending time with her family was her greatest joy.

Carol leaves to mourn yet leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories, (3) children; Levon Johnson, Sterling Johnson, and Tashala Reese all of Youngstown, siblings; Lauren Richardson, Alice McKeever, and JoAnn Lightfoot, grandchildren; Kimyasa Backus, Elliot Humbert, Ju’Quan Johnson, Dayden Muldrow, Mathew Johnson, Amanda Johnson, Brandi Stewart, Tamika Warren; great-grandchldren; Ce’Andre Backus, Darius Humbert, Elleayia Humbert, Maverick Warren, and Mehki Warren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandmother, Rosie Love; daughter, La’Dorsa Backus; a brother, Larry McKeever and a great-grandchild, Ke’Ander Backus.
