Mr. Bell was born May 1, 1960 in Youngstown, a son of Theodore and Bessie Mae Woodberry Bell.  He attended South High School and had been employed at Calex Corporation in Campbell, Ohio.  He was a member of Bethel C.O.G.I.C.   Robert enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycles and was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys Fan.  However, his passion was spending time with his children and grandchildren.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Robert (Nakesha) Bell, Jr, Robin Denise Bell, Ronda Lynn Bell and Robinette Alisha Bell; stepdaughter, Alaysia Clark all of Youngstown; ten grandchildren; a great granddaughter; his former wife and dear friend, Denise Lynn Forest; his siblings, Mabel Foster, Hazel Mae (Larry) Smith, Lula Mae Davis, Gloria Jean Bell, Frank Bell and  Jeannie McQueen all of Youngstown, Theordore (Wynnette) Bell, Jr. of Las Vegas, NV, Rose Bell of Boardman, and Davida (Rondy) Jones of Canton; an aunt Luella Woodberry; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Elmer and David Bell; two sisters, Annie Mae Bell and Gwendolyn Bell McKee; two brother-in-laws, Johnnie Foster and James McKee; a sister-in-law, Linda Bell; and an uncle, Early Woodberry; and two aunts, Lilly Mae Woodberry and Biotha May.
