Services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 8, 2018 at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home for Ms. Patricia Ann Lewis, 68, of Youngstown, who departed this life Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Health Center – Youngstown.

Ms. Lewis, lovingly known as “Pretty Patty”, was born January 30, 1949 in Youngstown, a daughter of R. J. and Lillian Lewis Manuel.  She was a 1967 graduate of South High School and a member of Greater Friendship Baptist Church.  She had been employed at Kaufman’s and was a homemaker.  Patty was a member of the organization called “SOFA” (Seniors Out for Action) an affiliate of MYCAP. 

She leaves to cherish her beloved memory, a sister, Dolly Johnson of Youngstown; an aunt, Ruth Veal of Youngstown; a special friend, Ernest “Tom” Moody; and a host of family and friends.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Lewis; a nephew, Raheem O. Lewis; and grandparents, Emmett and Marie Lewis.
