Services will be 11:00am Friday January 5, 2018 at Triedstone Baptist Church, for Mrs. Margaret Davis, 82, who entered into her eternal rest on December 27, 2017. 

Margaret was born June 15, 1935 in Youngstown a daughter of Russell and Ruth Tidwell Collier.  She graduated from North High School in 1952.  She had been employed at Weatherbee Coat Factory, Mahoning County Nursing Home and retired after working 18 years as a case manager from Mahoning County Jobs and Family Services in 1987.  She was a member of Triedstone Baptist Church and Mahoning County Bowling league.  She was an avid fan of the Patriots Football team and enjoyed cooking, music, casinos and being with family and friends.

She leaves to cherish her memory her sons  Ronald “Dirt” Davis with whom she made her home and Deacon Davis ; three step-sons Gordon and Vernon Davis and Christopher Jordan and a special niece Diane Brown all of Youngstown; 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter Myrinda Mosley Johnson; a son James Mosley III; a sister Lyda Brown; a brother Norman Collier; her Aunt Isabelle Gilliam and her grandson Ramon Johnson and nephew Tony Brown. Friends may call one hour prior to the services 10-11:00 am at the church.  Arrangements were entrusted to L.E. Black, Phillips and Holden Funeral Home.
