Services will be 11:00am Friday August 17, 2018 at L. E. Black, Phillips and Holden Funeral Home for Ms. Lucille Renee Anderson also known as “Lulu”, who on August 4, 2018 left this earthly place from Cleveland Clinic, to continue her journey in her new home. Ms. Anderson was born September 12, 1984 in Youngstown a daughter of Charles and Rosemarie Green Anderson. Growing up in Westlake Terrace, she attended Youngstown City Schools and had been employed at Charlie Staples as a cashier. She enjoyed going to Casino’s, dancing and playing cards. She was known as a big jokester and loved her family dearly.
Lucille’s memory will be cherished by her mother, Rose Marie Anderson with whom she made her home, four sons, Charles Pullen Jr., Da’Zahn Burkes, La’Kyng and Loyal Anderson all of Youngstown, two brothers Michael Green of Youngstown and Andre Marks of Herndon, Va.; two sisters Katiea and Bertha Anderson both of Youngstown; a special friend who was like a sister, Shalaunda Adkins; a God-Brother JuJuan Adkins; God-mother Alice Freeman; a niece Antanayja Martinez-Green; a nephew Justyn Glover Jr. whom she helped rear; special cousins Janay Dubose-Barrnett, Tiana Easterly, LaToya Burkes, Tonya Sharpe, and Marquaysha Williams; a God-son Ja’Shawn Johnson and a host of aunts, uncles including David Bennie (Laura) Greene who helped care for her, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her grand-parents David and Bertha Mae Green and David and Lucille Anderson. Friends may call one hour prior to the services 10-11:00am at the funeral home.
