Services will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the L. E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home for Mr. Lenny Lorenzo Vaughn, Sr., 30, of Liberty who departed this life Sunday, September 10, 2017.

            Mr. Vaughn was born October 29, 1986 in Youngstown, a son of William and Linda McBride Vaughn.  He was employed as a machinist at Datco Manufacturing.  He enjoyed working on old cars, installing music equipment in cars, and spending time and caring for his children, as well as helping others.

            He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother of Liberty; four children, Lennay, Lenny Jr., Lorenz all of Pennsylvania, and Lenzie of Youngstown; two sisters, Tahia McBride and Shylinda (Ollie) Myles both of Liberty; five brothers, William Vaughn, Christopher McBride and Terrell (Yvonne) Vaughn all of Youngstown, Jamal (Diamond) Vaughn of Warren and Jonathan (Anika) Simmons of Liberty; his fiancé Jalisa Lynch and her son, Jashawn; a dear friend, April Weaver; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces,nephews, cousins, and friends.

            He was preceded in death by his father, William “Billy Ray” Vaughn; grandparents, Grady and Maggie McBride, Doris Chew and Thomas Vaughn.

            Friends may call Saturday from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
