The Piano Brothers

Services will be at 10 a.m. on Monday, at the Tabernacle Baptist Church for Mr. Ryan Leon Copeland, 32, who quietly and peacefully entered eternal rest on Monday, Sept. 11, 2017, at his home.

Ryan, affectionately known as “Cope,” was born Sept. 3, 1985, in Youngstown, a son of Melvin L. and Carolyn “Tina” J. Hardy Copeland.

He was a 2003 graduate of South Range High School and attended Youngstown State University. He played basketball at South Range (No. 33), participated in track and field with the Youngstown Striders, and absolutely loved to restore old and historical cars. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys football fan.

He leaves to forever cherish his memory, his beloved parents, Melvin and Tina of Canfield; a brother, James (Angela) of Austintown; his fiancée, Se’Aira Kirkle of Youngstown; cousins who were like brothers to him, Ronald and Phillip, and Nikki who was like a sister; grandmother Marie Hardy; nieces Jasmine, Tory, Kylie, Cameron and Shaquila; and a host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Darkis Copeland, and Charles Hardy.

Friends may call Monday from 9 to 10 a.m. at the church.

Arrangements entrusted to the L.E. Black, Phillips & Holden Funeral Home.
