We, the Pastor, Officers and Congregation of Oak Missionary Baptist Church offer our deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences on the passing of Rev. Hubert Clardy Jr.
From the pain of the flesh, we must let go and humbly submit to our Creator and Sustainer who has seen fit to call our brother home. But in our spirit we can shout Halleluiah for he has completed his assignment and is on his journey home. “For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.”
2 Corinthians 5:1
So we look forward to that “Great Gettin Up Morning” when we shall see our beloved brother again.
There will be no more pain, suffering or crying. For the Word says, “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”
Revelation 21:4
